These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and hazy bat (the "Platform", "we", "us", or " our") governing all use of the services available at hazy-bat.com. By accessing the hazy bat platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

This Agreement is effective from the date of your first account registration and remains in force for the duration of your account's existence, including after any voluntary closure, until all outstanding balances, disputes, or obligations have been fully resolved.

hazy bat operates as an online betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided in English. Account balances are maintained and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All financial figures referenced in these terms use the ৳ symbol to denote amounts in Bangladesh Taka unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By ticking the acceptance checkbox at registration, or by continuing to use hazy bat after any updated version of these terms has been published, you unconditionally accept this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform and should close your account immediately by contacting [email protected].

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and governed in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of this document is the authoritative and controlling version. No translation of this document into any other language shall override or supersede the English text.

1.3 Amendments to This Agreement

hazy bat reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice, except where material changes affecting player rights or obligations are involved, in which case reasonable advance notice will be provided via the platform or your registered email address. Your continued use of hazy bat following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

1.4 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

Access to and use of the hazy bat platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. By using the platform you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hazy bat is strictly an 18+ platform and does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only, and not as a representative of any commercial or professional entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other exclusion directive issued by hazy bat or any third-party responsible gaming authority.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of any substance that would impair your judgement or your ability to make informed financial decisions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of hazy bat, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

2.1 Age Verification

hazy bat may request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, at first withdrawal, during a routine account review, or following a suspicious activity flag. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one hazy bat account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in secondary accounts will be forfeited.

To access the full range of hazy bat services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, Jackpot Fishing, and W Live — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 of this Agreement.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. hazy bat will never ask you to share your password via email, phone, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your credentials is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

hazy bat strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds an additional verification step at login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access. You may enable or disable 2FA at any time from your account security settings. hazy bat bears no liability for unauthorised access resulting from a player's failure to enable available security features.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks

hazy bat operates a KYC programme consistent with responsible platform management. KYC verification may be triggered at first withdrawal, upon reaching certain cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or during routine risk-based account reviews. Documents typically required include a valid government-issued photo identity document and, in some cases, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe will have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

hazy bat supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing as straightforward as possible for players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion fees applied by the platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on hazy bat:

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank

hazy bat reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any significant changes via the platform or registered email.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on hazy bat is ৳200 via bKash. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. hazy bat bears no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by the hazy bat finance team during operational hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within one to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. hazy bat may request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.4 Transaction Disputes

If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, you must notify hazy bat support at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review. Please include your account username, transaction reference number, and a description of the issue when contacting support.

hazy bat offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and returning players. All bonuses are issued subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion at the time of offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Minimum odds or bet type restrictions may apply when contributing to wagering requirements. These will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the platform explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value until wagering requirements are met, and cannot be exchanged for real currency at the player's request.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific bonus amount, deposit requirement, wagering multiplier, minimum odds, and validity period are published on the relevant promotional page and are subject to change. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per shared device or IP address.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

hazy bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close any account where there is evidence of promotional abuse. Promotional abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, colluding with other players to extract promotional value, and providing false registration details to circumvent eligibility restrictions.

5.4 Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions

hazy bat may issue special promotions aligned with key sporting events (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments) and cultural occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are time-limited and governed by specific terms published at the time of release.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on hazy bat. Sport-specific rules, casino table rules, and game-specific rules are additionally governed by the individual game or market rules published within each product section of the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by hazy bat. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded (late bets), bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, and bets that exceed the maximum stake limit for the relevant market.

6.2 Manifest Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous — due to a typographical error, technical fault, or data feed failure — hazy bat reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled. hazy bat will make a reasonable determination of what constitutes a manifest error and that determination is final.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. In-play markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at the discretion of the trading team. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. hazy bat does not guarantee continuous in-play market availability throughout any given event.

6.4 Casino and Live Casino

Casino games — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, andar bahar, dragon tiger, and game shows — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of a technical failure within a game during an active round, the game provider's rules and dispute resolution process will govern the outcome. hazy bat will act as intermediary in escalating disputes to the relevant game provider on the player's behalf.

6.5 Jackpot Fishing and W Live

Jackpot Fishing and W Live are specialised game categories operating under their own product-specific rules published within each respective section of the platform. General betting terms apply where no product-specific rule addresses the situation.

6.6 Maximum Winnings

hazy bat applies maximum winnings limits on a per-bet, per-day, and per-event basis. These limits are published within the relevant market or game section. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be paid up to the maximum limit only, with the excess forfeit. Players are advised to review applicable limits before placing high-stake wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hazy bat. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Money Laundering: Using hazy bat as a mechanism for money laundering, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities.
• Fraud: Any form of fraud — including chargeback fraud, payment reversal fraud, identity fraud, and the use of stolen payment credentials — is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
• Cheating and Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, using automated betting bots or scripted betting tools, exploiting software bugs, or engaging in any form of match fixing is prohibited.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account — for any reason, including circumventing a self-exclusion, reclaiming a welcome bonus, or evading a previous suspension — is prohibited.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Selling, transferring, or otherwise monetising your hazy bat account or your access to hazy bat services for commercial gain without written consent from hazy bat is prohibited.
• Harassment and Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or abusing hazy bat staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Providing False Information: Supplying false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point in the account lifecycle is prohibited.

hazy bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described in this section.

8.1 Suspension by hazy bat

Accounts may be suspended — meaning access is restricted while an investigation is conducted — in the following circumstances: suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, suspected multi-accounting, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the player's payment provider, or any other activity that gives hazy bat reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of this Agreement.

During a suspension, pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. hazy bat will endeavour to complete any investigation and communicate an outcome within 14 business days of initiating a suspension, though complex investigations may take longer.

8.2 Closure for Breach

Where investigation confirms a material breach of this Agreement — including any of the prohibited conduct set out in Section 7 — hazy bat reserves the right to permanently close the account, void any pending bets, cancel any active bonuses, and forfeit any balance held in the account where that balance is reasonably connected to the breach (for example, winnings derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse).

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their hazy bat account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding any unmet bonus balances) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Voluntary closures can be reversed within 30 days by contacting support, after which the closure becomes permanent.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion from the hazy bat platform. Self-exclusion prevents login and access to the platform for a period chosen by the player — from a minimum of 24 hours to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, hazy bat will take reasonable steps to suppress promotional communications to the excluded account. 8.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. hazy bat reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts once notified by email. In no case will a dormancy fee reduce a real-money account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time.
